Cleaner Carpets London

Cleaner Carpets London was established in 2010 and is based in West London. It provides both commercial and residential carpet and upholstery cleaning solutions, covering the whole of London from Croydon to Kingston upon Thames. All staff are fully vetted and CRB checked, and are trained to National Carpet Cleaning Association standards.

The company is insured against public liability and uses eco-friendly, child and pet safe detergents. Steam carpet cleaning methods are used. A satisfaction guarantee with refund if dissatisfied is offered. Services include carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, curtain cleaning, stain removal, office cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.

Households and car owners across Ealing and the surrounding districts have turned to this carpet and upholstery specialist for rugs, stair carpets, mattresses and vehicle interiors that have seen heavy use, and reviewers often describe the results as looking new again, with stale odours gone and stubborn marks lifted. Kash is named often, praised as polite, courteous and trustworthy, and several accounts highlight his habit of arriving early and taking time over each item rather than rushing.

Something that features in review after review is how quickly the team responds, with one customer recalling a same-day visit after a coffee spillage and another noting an answer within seconds and an appointment arranged around their own schedule. Customers describe clear quotes, competitive rates and friendly, professional communication by phone and email, including confirmation the day before. Tidiness is mentioned regularly, with equipment brought to the job, care taken around the property and everything cleared afterwards. Mattresses, wool stair carpets and heavily soiled rugs recur as the pieces handled, and reviewers say the work is efficient, thorough and reasonably priced, prompting repeat bookings for annual refreshes.
