Good cleaner. I have used her twice now and been happy with the results. I’ve not tried anyone else, but fairly satisfied with the job that’s done. I book when I need cleaning done but don’t have the energy to do it myself.

She initially did a good job so we decided to keep her for a long term contract. Very quickly she started to be very dishonest with amount of work she does. We pay her £70 for communal areas, one kitchen & two bathrooms, however when we visited after her cleaning we were very disappointed. No wonder why the tenants have been complaining.. we went back to her for an explanation but she clearly didn’t care about it at all. We hired another cleaner to do the job again and she swore no one had been cleaning the place for a while! Not just wasted a lot of money on the cleaning services that didn’t really take place, and so much complaining of the tenants - nightmare!!
