Stains that had resisted other attempts were lifted from carpets, rugs, sofas and chairs during visits by US Clean, according to reviewers in Birmingham who repeatedly single out Haroon for his professionalism, hard work and friendly manner. Reliability and trustworthiness feature across numerous accounts, alongside punctuality and a professional approach from start to finish, with the same households often returning for further work on stairs, landings and additional rooms. Several buyers describe the booking process as straightforward and communication before the appointment as clear, while pricing is characterised as fair for the quality delivered.

Timekeeping is noted as good, and the work is described as thorough, with fabrics drying within a few hours. Recommendations pass between neighbours and friends, and one household that began with a lounge and hallway extended the job to a front room after seeing how well the carpets came up. Returning customers make up a noticeable share of feedback, with more than one describing the service as consistent on a second visit. Soft furnishings, upholstery and hard-to-shift marks form the bulk of the work described, and the care taken in the home is mentioned alongside the results themselves.
