Rang jermaine to enquire about getting a quote to have my carpets cleaned, including a very smelly room due to puppy urine which the vax cleaner i used just spread and made it alot worse. Jermaine was at mine within an hour to inspect and gave a very reasonable quote. Jermaine and his colleague carried out the clean the next morning. Urine stain gone and whole house smelling alot nicer and carpets look and feel so much cleaner. Will definatly be using them again.
