Tyne Green Oven Clean

Tyne Green Oven Clean is a local, independent cleaning company based in Hexham. The business serves Hexham, Corbridge, the Tyne Valley and surrounding areas. Tom Oakes, who lived in Hexham and the Tyne Valley for over 20 years, founded the company; he was originally a science teacher. The business is fully trained, insured and DBS-checked, and is Google Guaranteed.

It uses biodegradable, plant-based products and allergy-safe products with no toxic chemicals. It makes a regular family donation to the Woodland Trust to plant trees as a commitment to being carbon neutral. Services include cleaning for single ovens, double ovens, range ovens, AGAs, hobs, extractors and microwaves. Tom Oakes particularly enjoys working with traditional style cookers such as AGA and Rayburn.

Households around Hexham seeking an oven clean regularly feature in accounts of this service, which concentrates on restoring ovens and hobs to a near-new condition. Tom is the technician named throughout, and customers describe him as friendly, approachable and punctual, keeping people informed about arrival times and answering questions readily. The standard of work draws consistent praise: ovens, including a stainless-steel steam model that called for gentler methods, are reported to come up gleaming, with hobs treated in the same visit.

Several reviewers highlight that the products used are eco-friendly and pet-safe, leaving no harsh chemical smell, and that the oven can be used again straight away. Tidiness comes up often, with no mess left behind and jobs finished efficiently, frequently within a couple of hours. Repeat bookings are common, with people returning for second and third cleans and describing the outcome as money well spent. One account notes that the oven light was replaced without being asked, while another points to careful attention to detail. The impression is of a dependable, courteous service that leaves ovens looking new and keeps customers coming back for more.
