The Ready Set Group

Great service. Detailed breakdown of requested work as well as what was provided for the fee. I had a good experience with both the friendly customer service adviser Toyin and the cleaner who came to our property Thomas. I am happy with the cleaning service provided, will likely book in again and would recommend this to family or friends in need of a thorough clean. Thomas ensured we were happy with the results before he left. My only very minor complaint would be that Thomas vacuumed some areas of the property whilst the surface was damp which I was not aware of at the time. This meant the vacuum cleaner got clogged with hair and wet dust, so it smelt of damp and wasn't working effectively. I only noticed this when I went to use this appliance days later, meaning I had to empty damp dust and hair from it and clean it before I could use it again. Would ask them to vacuum before mopping in future but not a big enough deal to not book again.

Bought ready set clean in for my new building and I’m Over the moon with how they turned it Around for me. Would recommend 100%

Very happy with the work done by Ready Set Clean, and would fully recommend them. The company was responsive, communicated well and attended promptly. I asked for a clean of an empty property ready to be let out - they did an excellent job in every room, cleaning appliances, inside cupboards and in bits that are often overlooked. Really excellent service and would happily use them again.

I highly recommend this cleaning company if you need a really thorough move-out clean. They are punctual, professional, and pay great attention to detail, especially for key areas such as bathroom and kitchen and major appliances. There are reliable, efficient, and well worth it if you want to leave your place in great condition!

Really happy with the cleaning service! My flat looks spotless, and I was especially impressed with the bathrooms…they were left absolutely sparkling. I also appreciated how carefully all my specific requests were followed. The customer service is great and I’d definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaner in the Manchester area.
