Britco Cleaning

Handover cleans for rented properties form the thread running through most accounts of this Bolton firm, and reviewers describe properties being brought to a standard that satisfies letting agencies. Malik is named frequently, working with a colleague or a bigger crew, and the comments about him stress courtesy, a professional manner and how quickly the work is finished. Several customers note that quotes were fair and represented good value for the finish delivered, while communication during the job is mentioned in similar terms, with photographs sent and updates provided.

Deep cleaning after building work also recurs, one case involving a house coated in dust following sandblasting, where a three-man team arrived two days later and worked through the property thoroughly. Carpet washing and steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery are singled out for results that look as good as new, and kitchens receive attention too, with ovens reported as looking brand new and cupboards and wardrobes cleaned properly. A house left empty for months before a move-in was another job described in positive terms. Usman is named for a handover clean, while short-notice requests are said to have been accommodated without difficulty.
