Been using for about six months always pay cash. Paid today for the windows. for him to come back 30mins later to say i owed money from last month. I am always in when they come and pay on the day. If I wasn't in they could only clean front of the house. He started shouting at me for outstanding money. I have never owed money on my 70 plus years. Because I felt intimidated!!! I gave him an extra 20 pounds. Now feeling very mad at this, as I know I paid double for a job and he owes me my change!!!!! Do I feel better for writing this. No but times are hard for everyone and that is part of my pension. So disappointed at being talked to the way he did to me and more disappointed in myself for the way he made me feel.
Had a deep clean done last week by Samuel. He did a great job… the windows are sparkling clean. Very happy and would recommend this service.
Very professional and friendly service from start to finish Samuel was on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning our very dirty windows very thoroughly, superb job well done highly recommend.
Samuel kindly attended and cleaned our windows as our old cleaner hadn’t turned up this year. He did an excellent deep clean and is now our new window cleaner.
First visit for us today, very friendly, explained what he was doing and how to leave windows alone until they were dry. Once windows dried they were sparkling, very pleased, highly recommend and will see you again next month
