Households in Nottingham that book a first visit describe the same experience: a friendly cleaner who explains the work and advises leaving the glass to dry before touching it, because the finish afterwards is described as spotless. Samuel is named repeatedly, with reviewers calling him punctual, polite and thorough, and several mention that he tackled heavily soiled windows and frames, sills and doors during an initial deep clean before settling into a regular schedule. A recurring theme is the ease of the arrangements, with text messages sent ahead of each visit and bank transfer accepted for payment, which customers say makes the service simple to run month after month.

Word of mouth brings much of the work, as neighbours and local social media recommendations prompt new bookings, and those clients report that the standard holds up on repeat visits rather than slipping after the first appointment. Pride in the finished result comes up often, with glass, surrounds and frames left gleaming and no mess. One customer previously used another window cleaner and describes Samuel attending for a deep clean, then staying on as the regular cleaner.
