Glass Monkey Window Cleaning Services Nottingham

Glass Monkey Window Cleaning Services is a family-run business with 10 years of experience. It provides domestic and commercial window cleaning services around Nottingham and Derbyshire. The company uses a high-reach water-fed pole system with pure water. Domestic window cleaning is offered on a four- or eight-weekly basis. Services include internal window cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, soffit and fascia cleaning, gutter clearing, cladding cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and commercial window cleaning.

The company holds IPAF certificates for using access machinery such as scissor lifts and cherry pickers. All commercial work is fully insured and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation. A free reminder text service is provided the day before visits. Gutters are cleaned up to 3 storeys high from the ground. A Reach and Wash water-fed pole system reaching up to 60 feet is used for cladding cleaning.

Nottingham customers regularly describe Glass Monkey Window Cleaning Services as a dependable choice for both recurring window work and one-off exterior cleaning. Chris is named repeatedly, with reviewers highlighting his punctuality, politeness and the reminders sent ahead of each visit. The quality of the finished result comes up often: windows are described as sparkling and free of smears or streaks, and several customers note that surrounding soffits, fascias and guttering were transformed alongside the glass. Gutter clearing is a recurring theme, with one reviewer mentioning that a loose gutter was spotted and fixed during the visit.

Pricing is characterised as reasonable and clearly quoted before work begins, and the response to enquiries is said to be quick. A number of accounts mention that the service has become a regular arrangement, whether weekly, fortnightly or on an ad hoc basis, and that payment can be settled on the day or afterwards by bank transfer. The thoroughness of the work, including the cleaning of conservatory roofs, is another point that recurs. Regular customers in the area continue to book the same cleaner for repeat visits, and gutter and window work carried out for new homeowners has drawn favourable comments from neighbours.
