Brilliant window cleaner - you get advised the day before he comes by text and again when he’s been. You can pay on the day or bank transfer after you are happy. Windows sparkling!!

Chris, Glass Monkey provides a brilliant service, nothing is too much trouble for him and always does an excellent job, even window sills as well. Keeping in touch with his customers is definitely a great customer service and always lets me know when he’s cleaning my windows or not able to do them for whatever reason.

Initially, a good standard regular window clean ,but sadly quality of service deteriorated over time. Eventually, the clean was done in 10 minutes with just a quick scrub of the glass of the windows for £16. When I fed back about this a second time, I didn't get a response. It felt like as the business has clearly expanded, the quality has suffered, which is a shame as it started out well. They followed up 2 months later after seeing my 2 star review here and offered a free clean and so I have improved my rating slightly, but will be using an alternative company going forward.

Fabulous service as always, Ryan turned up in good time and started work promptly and in a professional manner, he also noted my gutter was loose and fixed that too. Full package gutter, sofits and fascias, windows and conservatory all cleaned ready for the summer. Thanks again will definitely be using again no hesitation. 5 stars 🌟
