What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Speedy Clean. has earned a strong reputation in Stoke-on-Trent for carpet and upholstery cleaning, with reviewers often describing how items they thought were beyond saving were restored. Leather sofas, fabric settees, chairs and heavily soiled carpets feature most frequently, and several accounts note that furniture appearing tired or stained was left looking and smelling fresh, including the removal of pet urine odours. Tony is named repeatedly as the technician who carries out the work, and his manner is a recurring theme: polite, courteous and happy to explain the cleaning solutions and methods before beginning.

Reliability is another point that surfaces often, with customers recalling that he arrived at the promised time and, on one occasion, telephoned ahead when running behind schedule. Reviewers also mention that he works thoroughly, leaves no mess behind and charges what they consider very reasonable rates for the standard of finish achieved. Booking and subsequent communication are described as straightforward and pleasant, and the general impression is of a dependable, friendly service that clients call on again, leaving sofas, chairs and carpets refreshed and revived.

Very friendly and professional! We had our wool rug cleaned back in December 2025 and we were very happy with the result and service. We have never used similar service, but had several stains on our rug and after cleaning the rug looks almost like new, which is great! I fully commend the service!

Absolutely brilliant. Before cleaning I was considering a new sofa, after a visit from Tony I had no need for a new one. Excellent service, very professional and no mess. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.
