What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Pressure washing, painting and roofing work form the core of what Smart jet wash delivers, and the recurring theme across feedback is the visible transformation of outdoor surfaces in Stoke-on-Trent. Patios, driveways, decking and slabs appear repeatedly, with customers describing long-standing moss and grime being stripped back so that surfaces look new again, while roof and gutter clearing is mentioned just as frequently, including a job where a heavy build-up of moss was removed swiftly. Punctuality and reliability come through strongly, with teams arriving when they said they would and starting work without delay.

A point made in several accounts is the tidy finish, as mess was cleared away and care taken around the property. Pricing is described as reasonable, competitive and good value, and communication before and during the job is praised. Named staff Ash and H are singled out as pleasant and capable, with attention to detail noted on driveways, patios and edging stones that had gone untouched for more than sixteen years. Front gardens, side and back slabs, roof exteriors and gutters all feature among completed jobs.

Amazing service from start to finish, quoted a very reasonable price, the lads arrived on time and got to work straight away. They removed so much from our roof and gutters, thoroughly cleaned it all, and it now looks like a new roof, it’s unbelievable how much difference it has made, and we really can’t recommend them enough. Top service from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
