Sparkling White Carpet Cleaning Ltd

Sparkling White Carpet Cleaning Ltd is a Plymouth-based, family-operated carpet and hard floor cleaning company owned and operated by Rich White. Rich started the business in 2014 after serving 15 years in the Royal Navy. He is a trained specialist in carpet and hard floor cleaning who completed training courses with Alltec to become a fully certified carpet and upholstery cleaning technician. In 2018, Rich completed a course through Tile Master to become a hard floor cleaning specialist.

The company has been delivering professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services since 2014. It holds public liability, treatment risk and damage liability insurance up to £5 million. All work is carried out to British Standards PAS 86:2008. The company covers a radius of 10 miles. It sponsored the Celebrity Soccer Match against Plymouth Argyle for Argyle Trust Charity. The company offers domestic and commercial carpet, hard flooring and upholstery cleaning services.

Plymouth customers repeatedly praise Sparkling White Carpet Cleaning Ltd for the quality of its carpet and upholstery work, with reviewers noting that carpets and sofas are left looking and smelling as good as new after treatment. Several describe Rich, and on occasion Cornelius, as polite, friendly and genuinely knowledgeable, taking obvious pride in the business. Speed is a recurring theme: reviewers mention last-minute and same-day appointments being arranged and whole floors, stairs, landings and lounges completed in remarkably little time, including an end of tenancy clean and a job before new tenants moved in.

Something that features in review after review is the ability to lift stubborn marks such as oil and metal stains, dog urine, pet sickness and general soiling from carpets, with one customer so satisfied by the result on a flat that replacement carpets were abandoned. The broader service range shown in the subtypes, covering upholstery, tile and leather cleaning as well as floor refinishing, is reflected in accounts of bathroom tile floors and kitchen areas being transformed. Booking is described as straightforward and appointments as punctual, and the company comes across as easy to deal with and professional from first contact through to completion.
