Captain Rug Wash

Rug and carpet cleaning results that leave items looking and smelling renewed form the recurring theme across feedback for Captain Rug Wash, with customers in Plymouth returning to the service after their first booking. Several reviews describe rugs and carpets emerging spotless and fresh, including a very large rug and a light-coloured carpet where stubborn marks were revisited on a later visit until they came out.

Andi is named repeatedly for his professional manner, punctuality and clear communication, and one reviewer also highlights the helpful advice and options given when discussing a rug on the street. Upholstery and dining chairs feature among the work mentioned, as does a leather cleaner that restored a corner suite. Tidiness, thoroughness and a knowledgeable approach come up often, with the friendly attitude of the team and the professionalism of the phone booking singled out.

A further point of praise is the range of services covered, from rugs and carpets to upholstery and leather care products, with customers describing the whole suite brought up like new and rugs that are clean and pleasantly scented. Repeat bookings and personal recommendations follow frequently, and one customer notes that the results were good enough to prompt a return visit for further work.
