Shining Windows

Absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain their process and made sure every detail was handled with care. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I am now a subscribing customer!

Cleaning was very good, they know what they're doing. Customer service has always been fine, we had extra sessions for free due to certain circumstances. Communication has always been easy, if they needed to cancel we were told in advance and they rebooked it automatically for another day. They always call when they're heading to your house to give you time to get ready. Matt takes his job seriously and tries to be on the top of the market regarding to cleaning products and technology. He even gave me free advice about how to clean my patio floors, recommended products and where to purchase them. And last but not least, I really enjoy his conversations, very lovely man.

Very impressed with the service. The windows look squeaky clean. They kept me informed about arrival. They were flexible with booking.Reliable service, windows cleaned very well and good value too. Staff are very polite.I would highly recommend these guys. 💯 good service & very knowledgeable.

Avoid if you want a reliable service. Rescheduled 4 times so I asked to cancel and get a full refund. They asked if I'd still like the service on the day it was planned for but recieved an email they cant make it to which I said yes. Carried out the service 22/09 (originally planned for 09/09) and emailed to say my 3 clean package has been cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Thanks Matt and Cass for their fabulous job done on my windows . My windows are spotless clean now . Although there’s a slight delay due to traffic , they try their best to arrive ASAP . It was a good experience having Matt and Cass over , thank you guys !

I contacted shining windows to do an external clean on my property. My original booking had to be cancelled due to ill health but was rescheduled via the website easily. Although running late for my appointment today he called and kept me updated on his progress. Matthew & his wife arrived and were an absolute delight to chat to. Both are friendly, professional and carried out the work to a high standard. Matthew also gave me some advice on how to remove lichen from the concrete sills. Absolutely delighted and look forward to having them back in the future.

Genuine people! Windows are sparkling. Will definitely use again. Ideal booking system with online payment and great communication when they were running late. Thank you.
