Red Clean turned up every two week, despite us asking for 8 weeks (if seems that others have had this issue). The customer care was awful, but managed to get it corrected. Then they switched to 4 weeks again without us asking. They left bird poo on the window, so we cancelled. Even then, they dont reply to messages so hopefully they got the message when I cancelled the direct debit.

The team was very polite, professional, and efficient, and they did a fantastic job on my windows, leaving them sparkling clean. Communication was easy and friendly throughout. You don’t even need to be in when they come, and they can handle flats, including two-bedroom apartments, with no problem. I have my windows done every eight weeks, but you can also schedule them every four weeks or set up a regular arrangement that works for you. There are lots of flexible ways to pay — direct debit, standing order, pay on the day, or the method they recommend. A special mention to Chris, who I spoke to on the phone — very helpful, polite, and professional, and David, who came to do the windows — an excellent worker, very professional, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality window cleaning. A truly excellent service! Additional note; I am a female, who felt 100% safe with this company. They do not enter your property. You can communicate any needs, via phone. So, a very safe service That will call before they start the cleaning. So ladies, feel safe, too, with this service. Martin and Rory did an excellent job of clearing and then cleaning our gutters, fascias, soffits and downpipes. Both were courteous, professional, thorough and responsive. Martin even fixed a gutter that was misaligned, poorly fitted and dripping. He found an enterprising solution that seems to have remedied the longstanding problem. It looks better too! Very grateful. Staining effectively removed. All looking clean, smart and white again. Very pleased. Thank you!

A few teething problems with redclean however, these have hopefully been fully resolved. Chris did get in touch and has assured me that the issues have been resolved and won't happen again. They have also reimbursed me for any overpayment so we are happy with the outcome. Happy enough with the cleaning itself. Hopefully this will run more smoothly going forward.
