Plymouth Carpet Cleaners Limited

Plymouth Carpet Cleaners Limited is a local family-run business with 9 years of experience. It serves residential and commercial customers in Plymouth, Saltash and surrounding areas, and will travel to Ivybridge, Plympton, Plymstock, Tamerton Foliot, Sherford, Modbury, Wembury, and everywhere in between.

The company offers carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and commercial cleaning services. Its work is 100% guaranteed. The company carries full insurance, and its staff are fully insured and trained. It uses eco-friendly carpet cleaning machines and does not use harsh detergents.

Households preparing to move, pet owners and people dealing with stubborn stains are among the customers who have called on this Plymouth carpet and upholstery specialist, and their accounts repeatedly point to carpets being brought back to a near-new condition. Several reviewers describe the pile being lifted and lingering odours, including dog smells left by previous tenants, being removed completely. Mark is named often, and the praise centres on his friendliness, professionalism and clear communication, from confirming arrival times to walking through a property and flagging areas of concern that the customer had not noticed.

Reviewers mention industry-standard equipment rather than a quick surface treatment, and the advice offered on looking after carpets afterwards is a point that comes up often. Booking is described as straightforward, with same-day attendance for ink spills and urgent work arranged around a house sale. Customers note that jobs are completed efficiently and that quotes are considered fair for the standard of work, prompting repeat bookings for further rooms and more demanding cleans. The results on challenging jobs, particularly in homes with pets, are what leave the strongest impression, with carpets cleaned to a standard owners had not seen in years.
