What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Aberdeen customers booking oven cleaning describe a service shaped by repeat visits, with Graham named in most accounts. Punctuality and reliability surface again and again, alongside clear communication before and after each appointment. It is repeatedly remarked that ovens are returned looking as if they have just been unboxed, with racks, glass and interiors restored to a like-new condition, and that this standard has held steady across long associations, some stretching to a decade. Tidiness is another recurring theme: surfaces and surrounding areas are left spotless once the work is complete.

His manner is described as friendly and polite, and a reminder message about upcoming cleans is welcomed for being useful rather than insistent. Fair pricing is mentioned often, with one customer noting the cost compared well with quotes received elsewhere. Goodwill also features, including a cooker cleaned at short notice as a favour for an elderly relative. The work itself centres on oven cleaning, and the impression is of a dependable arrangement that long-standing customers keep returning to, with Graham himself the constant across the years.

Excellent service! Graham arrived exactly when he said he would to clean my double oven and large gas BBQ. He quietly got on with the job and did a brilliant job on both. They now look shiny and almost like new! Great value for money, excellent results, and a thoroughly professional service. I would highly recommend Graham. Thank you, Phoenix oven cleaning!

I've been using Phoenix Oven Cleaning for around eight years now and Graham has never let me down once. The oven always comes back looking like it's just been unboxed, racks, glass, the lot. Reliable, tidy and no fuss. Genuinely can't recommend them highly enough.
