Maid2Clean Aberdeen

Awful company. Request was for an end of tenancy clean on an unfurnished property. The first cleaner did not turn up, rearranged for another day unfortunately this was less convenient for me, but I didn't have much option as I needed the property cleaned. Despite being given a list of the areas that needed to be cleaned the cleaner did her own thing so I ended up having to do the rest of it myself. I requested a receipt from the cleaner as I paid her for the time she spent at the property, she said I would get this from the company. I asked them for a receipt, they said they would have to speak to the cleaner, waited a couple of weeks before asking them again for a receipt, now they are saying they don't provide receipts for money paid directly to the cleaner and they will need to speak to her again! When this was booked I had to pay a £30 administration fee, surely this would cover receipts? A very poorly run and mismanaged service, no idea why the reviews are as high as they are. I certainly would not be recommending this company to anyone.

Vicky has been a god send for my elderly Mum. Not only does her house look spotless again but she's been great company for Mum too and she looks forward to her weekly visit.

My Dad is very happy with Diane & Maid 2 clean

Fabulous service, Katie does an amazing job so happy we have her x

Great service, thank you. Emma is a first class cleaner - thorough and reliable.

Debbie is very kind and mindful, she will find extra bit cleaning every time on top regular cleaning. leaves my space clean and sparking. Will definitely recommend Made2clean Aberdeen.

Had a bit of faff getting someone who actually wanted to work but Tracy is an absolute star, could not be happier with her.
