Amazing service and absolutely lovely guy. My oven went from disgusting to sparkling clean, he did such a good job and put in so much effort. Can't recommend him enough.

A fantastic service I honestly can't rate it highly enough. Paul has made us very happy with the oven clean that he provided. I even forgot to be at the property on time, where he waited for me and gave me a few calls until he got through. Most people would have just left but he made sure he got the job done and it's the sort of detail that will make me recommend him to everyone else. Mistakes happen mainly by customers like me but it's how people deal with them that matters and Paul was a gent! Oven looks brand new!

Paul was fantastic , proffesional , really friendly and did an excellent job ,its first time we have had a proffesional oven clean ..and what a difference we now have a silver fan we always thought it was black..Paul clearly takes pride in what he does ., will definitely be booking again .. thanks

Amazing oven cleaning service from Oven Rescue Cardiff Pontypridd, I can highly recommend Paul!

Do not hire. Based on what I've seen and heard, Paul did a good job of the interior of the oven. However he's also damaged the handles of the oven and is unwilling to remediate the issue, and is lying about what he did. Mistakes happen and that's fine, but you should hold your hands up and rectify it. Paul does not. He's messed up the oven handles, pretended that's normal sometimes and taken a lot of money off a woman who didn't want confrontation rather than admitting his error. (To clarify I'm not suggesting Paul was aggressive in any way, just that the person didn't want to argue with him over the damage and have to negotiate a reduced price.)

Used Oven Rescue, Cardiff today, Excellent work, and he found a solution to my damaged hood filter. I highly recommend Paul. Courteous, friendly, efficient.
