Hope Oven Cleaning

Hope Oven Cleaning is a family-run oven cleaning company based in Newport. The company covers Newport and South Wales areas including Cwmbran, Pontypool, Caerphilly, Cardiff and Bristol. It was fully trained by the Finleys Oven Cleaning Network. Hope Oven Cleaning uses a custom-built van-mounted heated tank to clean all removable parts of the oven.

It uses no caustic chemicals in its cleaning process. It uses eco-friendly, biodegradable products that are 100% safe with no fumes or odours. The company is fully insured. It works for domestic homeowners, property landlords, letting agents, and commercial kitchens and restaurants.

Cardiff households describe oven and hob cleaning that restores appliances to a like-new condition, with Craig named repeatedly as the person carrying out the work. Several reviewers mention that ovens, hobs and extractor hoods were transformed, including a Rangemaster cooker that had gone without professional attention for many years. A recurring theme is the absence of harsh chemical smells, alongside a price customers regard as competitive and good value. His friendly, polite and professional manner comes up often, with punctuality and clear communication before and after the visit treated as consistent strengths.

Thoroughness is another point that recurs, with accounts stating that nothing was rushed or skipped and that appliances were carefully taken apart to be cleaned properly. His knowledge and advice also feature, such as flagging a corroded oven element that would need replacing. Customers describe booking him again for future cleans and passing his details to family and friends, making repeat business a common outcome. The finish on hobs and extractor hoods is noted alongside the ovens themselves, and the efficient, unhurried approach leaves a visibly improved result.
