Oven Recover

Oven Recover is a family owned and operated business based in Ponteland. Andrew is named as the contact person. The company offers a guarantee on its oven cleaning and uses only environmentally friendly cleaners in the home. Its main services include oven cleaning, hob cleaning, extractor hood cleaning, grill cleaning, microwave cleaning, AGA cleaning, range and stove cleaning, barbeque cleaning, bulb replacements and training courses.

Householders across Newcastle upon Tyne have turned to Oven Recover for ovens, range cookers, microwaves and barbecues that had gone years without professional attention, and the recurring theme in feedback is transformation, with appliances described as coming up like new. Andrew is the technician named most often, and reviewers repeatedly highlight his punctuality, courteous manner and steady work through jobs that can take a couple of hours. Several customers mention that he responded quickly to enquiries and kept them informed, including one who appreciated being told in advance that a previous job had overrun.

The results are consistently described as thorough, with sealed ovens, grills and a Rangemaster range cooker restored, a replacement light and new seals fitted, and no mess left behind afterwards. Value for money comes up as a point that customers raise when weighing a clean against buying a replacement appliance, and the finish has persuaded people to book further visits, including for an Aga and a repeat appointment six months ahead. Word-of-mouth referrals to friends and family feature in several accounts.
