OneCall Cleaners

Excellent service. Alex did a great job on cleaning our 6 bedroomed student house which was left in an appalling state at the end of the tenancy. He was extremely efficient and competent and left the property in a much better condition. I would highly recommend them.

Requested a regular cleaning service from this company. Replied very promptly, agreed the terms and said I was available for5 days that week at any time. So an appointment arrived for one of the days I couldn't do. No problem they said I will look at schedule. I sent 3 email reminders and as of yet still not heard anything back at all. Luckily I have now found a super Lady, really pleased. Obviously I cannot comment on their cleaning abilities.

I have used a cleaning agency before and not been happy. But with Onecall cleaners I have been extremely happy. A lovely cleaner called Alina has done a fantastic job, I am so pleased. I’m truly delighted. Thank you

This was our first house clean with this company. The communication with them was excellent prior to their visit. Victoria and Chips were on time and a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the service and have arranged a weekly visit.

OneCall answered my inquiry very quickly, unlike the majority of cleaning companies in the area, most of which didn’t even bother to reply. Their service was prompt, professional and courteous. I am more than happy with their product, will continue to use them and their ‘customer’ care and feedback is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was great, booking was easy, and Monika did a fantastic job. She was friendly, professional and very thorough. We were really pleased with the result and would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

I cannot recommend Onecall Cleaners highly enough. They recently cleaned my patio stairs, which had accumulated around 30 years' worth of dirt, grime, moss, and weather staining, and the results were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, friendly, and extremely hardworking. They took great care with the job and transformed the stairs beyond my expectations. What was once dark, stained, and tired-looking now looks fresh, bright, and almost like new again. The attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear they take great pride in their work. The difference is truly remarkable, and several neighbours have already commented on how fantastic the stairs now look. If you're looking for a reliable, professional cleaning company that delivers exceptional results, I would highly recommend Onecall Cleaners. Excellent service, great value, and a truly impressive transformation. Thank you for a fantastic job! Thank you Adam!
