Toughmuck cleaning

Thankyou to the Toughmuck team who deep clean a kitchen for us yesterday. They worked, effectively, efficiently, in a short space of time and produced amazing results. Money well spent. I highly recommend this great group of women. Thankyou.

Great team! Booked a deep clean on my house and these girls delivered! Communication was superb and almost too easy. I filled in the online form and got a call within a few hours for more detail....great customer service. As for the clean, it was exactly what I wanted and needed. They attacked the house in a manner that was needed. Highly recommended for SFA, March out standard cleaning on military housing. Thank you Marie and Co!

Incredible cleaning service - the team were very friendly and, at the end of the clean, they showed me the entire house to make sure I was happy with the outcome. With the one thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with, they took the time to make sure it was up to my (very high) standards. I would actually say my expectations were exceeded with the extras - even going as far as to fold my son's clothes which we have been asking him to do for weeks! Highly, highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this deep cleaning company highly enough. They recently helped my elderly neighbour who was struggling to keep up with decluttering and cleaning, and the difference they made was incredible. From the moment they arrived, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly respectful. They treated my neighbour with such kindness and patience, taking the time to listen and understand what was needed. It was clear they genuinely cared, not just about doing a job, but about making a real difference. They were extremely thorough in their work. Every room was carefully decluttered, cleaned, and organised with great attention to detail. They didn’t rush anything, and no corner was overlooked. By the time they finished, the house was absolutely spotless — fresh, clean, and beautifully tidy. It honestly felt like a completely new space. Most importantly, my neighbour felt comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. Seeing the relief and happiness on their face afterwards said it all. If you’re looking for a professional, compassionate, and hardworking deep cleaning team, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. They truly went above and beyond.

If I could give ToughMuck more than 5 stars, I would! We used them for a full end-of-tenancy clean, and the results are spectacular. Marie and the team are absolute professionals punctual, hard-working, and incredibly meticulous. They took care of everything from the skirting boards to a deep oven clean, leaving the kitchen and bathrooms in pristine condition. They know exactly what standards are required for a tenancy handover, which gave us total peace of mind. Exceptional service from a fantastic local team. Don't look anywhere else book them!

I cannot recommend ToughMuck highly enough. We booked them for an end-of-tenancy deep clean (including a professional oven clean), and they did an absolutely incredible job. Moving home is stressful enough, but Marie and her team made this part of the process completely seamless and worry-free. They were professional, deeply thorough, and paid attention to every single detail the bathrooms, kitchen, and oven look absolutely brand new. They completely understand what letting agencies look for during checkout inspections. If you want a hassle-free move and your security deposit back, do yourself a favor and book ToughMuck. Truly a 5-star local business!

I can’t recommend Marie and Zoe highly enough! They did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning my range oven – it honestly looks brand new again. The shine is unbelievable, and I’m so impressed with the level of detail they put into their work. On top of that, they were both incredibly friendly and polite, making the whole experience even better. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
