Anthony, named throughout the feedback, is the figure at the centre of this Preston Street operation, and reviewers describe him as friendly, polite and evidently proud of his craft. The treatment of stubborn marks recurs as a theme: dog urine, general grime and wax stains that owners had assumed were permanent have been drawn out, reviving carpets in living rooms, hallways and on stairs, as well as sofas and rugs. In rented properties and older homes alike, the change after cleaning is repeatedly described as far greater than expected.

Quick drying times come up, and booking is portrayed as straightforward, including a last-minute slot secured around a move-out. The same individual attending each appointment is a recurring point, as is the care taken to make a room workable, with one household noting help clearing space because of a back problem. Alongside carpet and upholstery work, the company handles gutter clearing, pressure washing and window cleaning. Calls are answered at any hour, every day of the week.
