The company is a member of the NCCA and is Woolsafe certified and fully insured. It is Chemspec approved for stain treatments and offers stain guard treatment using a fluorocarbon fibre protector.

Apple Clean provides carpet, curtain, leather, and upholstery cleaning. It serves East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, and Dorset. The company cleans carpets and rugs for both domestic and commercial customers. It cleans curtains of any size in situ. It removes house and dust mites, helping allergy and asthma sufferers. Its cleaning products are environmentally friendly and safe for pets and children.

Brighton customers repeatedly praise Apple Clean for the standard of its carpet and upholstery work, with deep cleans of lounge, dining room and stair carpets described as restoring light cream and heavily used coverings to a fresh condition. Lewis is named most often, described as friendly, knowledgeable and punctual, arriving when arranged and explaining what the job would involve; Luke is also mentioned for his polite manner and the results he achieved.

Several reviewers highlight clear communication before and after the work, including being fitted in at short notice and having expectations managed where a fabric or stain might prove difficult. Customers who have used the service more than once mention consistent quality across repeat visits, whether for two G Plan sofas or a second round of carpet cleaning.

The finish is a recurring theme, with upholstery, leather and carpets all covered by the company's specialisms, and reviewers describe the outcome as thorough and the pricing as affordable. Tidiness and a professional approach from start to finish come up often, alongside praise for the way the team discussed the brief on arrival and worked through the rooms efficiently. Rebooking for stairs and further rooms is mentioned by satisfied customers, as is the sense that the work was carried out with care and without fuss.
