Extremely disappointing experience with NeatCleaners (2nd of July 2025). They arrived 30 minutes late, missed multiple areas and never returned to fix the issues despite promising to. This was a rushed, careless job—completely unprofessional for an end-of-tenancy clean. We had to go back ourselves to finish it properly. Avoid at all costs.

Neatcleaners absolutely came to the rescue after I had a cancellation from another cleaner. They were very accommodating of a last minute request & pricing was incredibly reasonable. Will certainly be using regularly going forward!
