Terrible communication. We booked this clean and messaged about use of our hoover as we have wool carpets. The cleaners never replied to confirm they had received our messages and didnt answer the phone. We received multiple confirmation texts for the clean and then cleaner never turned up. When we tried to call there was no answer and then eventually the phone did start ringing and they just hung up. We had to chase for a refund too... I would avoid these cleaners.

We have been using Cleaning Solution Bristol for my company, Brunel Stays, Short Term/Air BnB Accommodations for nearly 6 months now. So disappointed with this company. I paid for a 4 hour clean of my flat (and it's expensive) - and the cleaner only did two hours. She told me I could tell the company and get the other 2 hours back for my next clean- which I did ask for. And now they say there is no evidence they only did 2 hours. The communication has been really poor - I have had to ask multiple times. And they are only offering a 10 percent discount out of 'good will'. What good will? It's my money!!!!! It's a 2 bed flat - obviously these cleaners didn't need 4 hours. Just ask the friggin cleaner!!!!! So disappointed. I never write bad reviews. I do not reccomend.

Unfortunately very disappointed with this company. Initially the cleaners didn't turn up at the time I booked - they claimed I had booked at 10am even though all my confirmation was for 9am. They also went to the wrong address, I hadn't put a postcode when I booked but instead of asking me to confirm they just used the street address and were in the wrong part of Bristol. When they did arrive I was surprised that booking 6 hours of cleaning was interpreted as 2 cleaners for 3 hours. We booked a deep clean and were pretty specific about what we wanted, showing them a list which they took photos of. When we arrived back to the house within the 3 hours they were stood outside chatting to our neighbours, so they didn't clean for the time we booked for. They covered a few things on the list, but not the main things we asked for and overall the clean was pretty surface level and not the deep clean we paid for. I tried to query this with the company and saw a message from the cleaner asking what I was "moaning about". Since then they haven't responded directly to my concerns. Overall feels like a waste of a huge amount of money as my regular cleaner could have done the same job in 2 hours.
