Moores Window Cleaning Ltd

Moores Window Cleaning Ltd is a window cleaning company established in 2010 and based in Nuthall. It serves commercial and residential customers across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Services include commercial and residential window cleaning, conservatory cleaning, gutter clearance, patio and driveway cleaning, and roof cleaning. The company uses water-fed pole cleaning technology and a Pure Water pole system, and can reach windows up to six stories high.

It offers one-off, 4 weekly or 8 weekly cleaning, and sends a text reminder the day before windows are due. The company is fully insured and has uniformed and professional staff. Payment is accepted via GoCardless direct debit, taken 5 days after cleaning. It also provides pressure-washing for driveways and patios, and external building cleans to reduce graffiti and oil stains.

Moores Window Cleaning Ltd operates from Nuthall, and the feedback left by customers centres on the finish achieved on the glass, the dependability of the service and how straightforward the company is to deal with. Luke is singled out by name for his work on a domestic property, where the outcome was said to surpass what had been expected. Reviews regularly refer to the tidiness of the finished job, noting that the traditional brush system, which had prompted doubts beforehand, leaves no marks behind once the panes have dried. Communication features in several accounts, covering both the advance notice of the day the windows will be attended to and the simple payment options.

Customers also appreciate the courteous and careful approach taken around their homes, with security requests honoured without hesitation. One account refers to work carried out at a retirement development, and gutter cleaning is available in addition to the window rounds. The recurring theme across the feedback is a trustworthy team that keeps to what it promises, respects the property it works on and delivers a consistently clean finish without streaks or residue, which is why customers describe themselves as committed to using the service again.
