London Sofa & Carpet Cleaners LTD

Absolutely terrible service. The sofas looked clean while still wet, but once they dried they were covered in stains, streaks and dirty patches. Worse still, the fabric was left damaged, and they now look far worse than before. I repeatedly called and messaged to have the issue fixed, but every attempt was ignored. No accountability and no customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company. I also have serious concerns about the authenticity of some of the positive reviews.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I found London Sofa & Carpet Cleaners LTD through ChatGPT, where it was recommended as one of the top cleaning companies in London. I contacted Serdar the same day because I urgently needed my carpeted bedroom cleaned, and he responded almost immediately. He was available at the exact time I needed. Serdar cleaned the carpet, bed frame, and mattress in just one hour. He was professional, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. You could really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making his customers happy. The quality of the service was outstanding, and the price was very competitive for London. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be booking him again to clean my living room. Thank you, Serdar, for the fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They cleaned our sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, and carpets to an exceptional standard, and everything looks fresh and revitalised. They paid great attention to detail, worked efficiently, and left the house spotless. It's clear they take pride in their work, and the results exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality upholstery and carpet cleaning service. Thank you for such an excellent job!

My experience was great, he is very good at work, very attentive, I had a very fast service. And its price is very good. I researched for the same thing in other companies and they were charging me much more.

Great service, left our mattress spotless and smelling great. Easy to contact, was punctual and very friendly. Would definitely recommend, you can see the amazing results in our before and after pictures

Sardar and Nuri came and did an amazing job, both super friendly and got to work immediately. Everything was steamed then cleaned too and they documented everything step by step to show me which areas they cleaned. I would definitely recommend and will have them back at sometime to clean my curtains too!

Serdar did a brilliant job. Got all the stains out and was very happy with his service. Would recommend to all!
