Absolutely terrible service. The sofas looked clean while still wet, but once they dried they were covered in stains, streaks and dirty patches. Worse still, the fabric was left damaged, and they now look far worse than before. I repeatedly called and messaged to have the issue fixed, but every attempt was ignored. No accountability and no customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company. I also have serious concerns about the authenticity of some of the positive reviews.

I contacted Serdar the same day because I urgently needed my carpeted bedroom cleaned, and he responded almost immediately. He was available at the exact time I needed. Serdar cleaned the carpet, bed frame, and mattress in just one hour. He was professional, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. You could really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making his customers happy. The quality of the service was outstanding, and the price was very competitive for London. I had my sofa and rug cleaned yesterday. While initial inspected both looked cleaned, once dried, a number of stains and parts were not thoroughly cleaned. Job was late and felt rushed and I felt pressured initially to put a 5 star rating. When asked to fix the issue I was offered but then when followed up they declined to fix the issue.

Sardar and Nuri came and did an amazing job, both super friendly and got to work immediately. Everything was steamed then cleaned too and they documented everything step by step to show me which areas they cleaned. I would definitely recommend and will have them back at sometime to clean my curtains too!
