Johnsons The Cleaners

Shabina has been incredible and so highly skilled! Two jobs so far she's done for me - shortening the sleeves of a blazer and widening a shirt. In both instances quite challenging jobs and she's done such an amazing job the pieces don't look altered at all. Highly recommended.

Jenny did an excellent job with my Asian clothes they were presented lovely and you took the stain out I will highly recommend Johnson’s and Jenny for my Asian clothes dry cleaning thank you so much

I had a pale pink dress cleaned that had marks all around the hem and material that was delicate and really difficult to clean. The dress is immaculate! The staff were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Truly excellent service would highly recommend!

OVERPRICED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Johnsons’ dry-cleaning service is expensive and, in my experience, poor value for money. I wondered why I had to pay upfront, but after collecting my coats, it became clear. Both coats were returned looking almost exactly as they did when I dropped them off, with little noticeable improvement. When I raised my concerns, I felt that the member of staff who attended to me became defensive and aggressive rather than addressing the issue constructively. For the price charged, I expected a much better result and a more professional response. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the service and the customer care.

Exceptionally helpful. Had a lovely dress dry cleaned after my son’s wedding. The stains did not come out. They offered to wash it with my permission. After two washes free of charge the stains came out and the dress is wearable again. All the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you I’ll be back Helen

Amazing service the turnaround for two double duvets was incredible, all done perfectly. Staff were very polite and all were happy and smiling. Thank you.

Talk about rapid turnaround! They dry cleaned my white clerical gown in just three hours - wow! Thank you very much
