Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The team did a deep clean of all our carpets and the results are incredible—they look brand new. Stains we thought would never come out are completely gone, and the whole house feels fresher and cleaner. They were professional, punctual, and took real care with everything. We asked for a carpet clean as we have moved into a new house with old carpets. Joe did an excellent job. The carpets look and smell 100% better. He took his time to do the job thoroughly and moved a few items of furniture where necessary. Joe was not the cheapest quote we got, but you get what you pay for and I'm extremely pleased with the results.

After reading the reviews and then visiting their website, I was pretty much sold on using Alvaston Carpet Cleaning. The reviews are correct. Contacted them via their site and where they had replied but I didn't receive it, it was followed it up a phone call. Great communication, very personable and professional. Joe worked flat out on my 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs. I really wish I had taken some before and after photos as it's a night and day difference. 5 stars, highly recommend!
