The last time this kettle was wiped in the kitchen was three months ago — and I know that because I cleaned it myself! What exactly are you being paid for? The floors are not being washed. The bucket and mop are dry. The dust on the only window is never wiped. All the cupboard fronts are dirty. What exactly are you doing in the bathroom and kitchen for two hours? Perhaps the company owners are happy living in a dirty house themselves, but if you are taking people’s money for cleaning, then do the job properly. It’s no surprise that clients keep leaving you. Do these photos need to be displayed on a billboard in the town centre, or will the property actually be clean next time?
Everyone involved with our one off deep clean was extremely efficient, friendly and went the extra mile to achieve a very high standard. The company certainly lives up to its name!
