I called late one evening to enquire about a cleaning service for my dad's property after seeing the many positive reviews online. I spoke with Adam, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the call. The next day, I received a text saying they would be providing the full cleaning service completely free of charge as an act of kindness. They explained that they had been touched by my situation and wanted to help. I offered to pay, even at a reduced rate, but they insisted on doing it for free. Just a few days later, they managed to fit us into their schedule, and four lovely women came to the property. They were all incredibly friendly, compassionate, and professional. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they worked so efficiently and left the property looking fantastic. I genuinely cannot believe how amazing my experience was with this company. Their kindness, generosity, and professionalism went far beyond anything I could have expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so much 🤍
I rang this firm on a Sunday, very worried about the state of sick friend’s house, which had become a hoarding and dirty horror. Adam of BT responded swiftly and within a couple of days was at the house, inspecting and listening to instructions from my friend and me. 10 days later Adam and the team arrived at the house, listened to my friend’s son’s wishes and made a fantastic job of clearing and cleaning. The house is transformed and the team did a wonderful job. They are exceptional and very highly recommended
Absolute angels. The only way I can describe this company. I required an after-death clean after the passing of my mother and Bang Tidy attended at extremely short notice and were nothing but exceptional. I required the services of Bang Tidy for a delicate situation after a loved one had suddenly passed away . The team turned up and were so kind , compassionate and understanding of the task they were asked to do . I can only or try to explain how comfortable they made us feel in the middle of our awful ordeal . They carried out an amazing job in and had nothing but love and respect for us and our loved one. I contacted Bang Tidy after a stray cat had sprayed in my house, making the whole ground floor smell awful. They talked me through the services they offered on the phone and got a contract out to me very quickly. Best of all, they were able to do the cleaning the same evening. The two ladies who visited me were friendly, polite and efficient. At the end of the clean, the house smelled great again. I would use them again whenever I need cleaning services again.
