Very polite, friendly and professional! Asked for an extra service on arrival, which he happily provided (cleaned a rug). Carpets smell fresh and look brand new again. Also received email/ text updates to remind you of appointment time and what you need to do in preparation for the clean! Defo will use again!!

Superb service. Mark arrived as booked explained what he can and could not do with my old office carpets. Soaked them and and used a great tool for lifting all the ground in muck and then washed them fantastically. Carpets have come up great apart from where I have my office chair and I really should have had a protector on it, so that’s all on me. 10/10
