Alliance Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd

Contacted alliance about cleaning stair and bedroom carpets, really brilliant at finding a time to fit for me,Luke came a little earlier than expected ,which for me was really good,he explained exactly what he was going to do ,and proceeded to get on with the job ,40 mins later or so it was all completed and he did an amazing job ,carpets are lovely and clean and they smell lovely and fresh .I would recommend them 100%, Thanks Luke and alliance carpet cleaning .

James did a brilliant job with my carpet burn today. He was very proffesional in his work, i would'nt hesitate to ask him to do a carpet repair again. When the job was finished it was hard to see where the burn had ever been. I would highly recommend James for the job. I'm so happy with the result.Thank you so much James.

Just had my sofa cleaned off this company, very professional service right from the start, Luke explained exactly what he would be doing. He was very respectful of my house using covers to protect the flooring. Excellent service by professional company. Will definitely recommend and use in future.

I got a quote a few weeks ago for a repair and clean of the stair carpet. the price was agreed and when i had the time i booked my job in. within a couple of days James (owner) came and did my repair which was done using the fibres i kept from the damaged area. It was vertually un-noticable..... within an hour Jack and Luke came to do the cleaning of the stairs and landing. Within 20 minutes they were done which shocked me immensely, but when i saw the carpet gleaming like a brand new one i was over the moon.... they guys are fast, efficient, clean and tidy workers, I cannot thenk them enough for the amazing job. Thanks again lads..... see you when it need cleaned again lol

Absolutely over the moon with the results from today! I didn't think it would be possible to get rid of the burn mark without replacing the carpet but Alliance proved me wrong. Fantastic job and has saved me a small fortune. Thanks so much.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout and everything was explained clearly before the work was carried out. Luke was friendly, professional, respectful of the property and took great care while working in the house. The carpets have come up amazingly well and look so much fresher and cleaner. The lemon scent afterwards is absolutely divine and has left the whole house smelling beautiful and fresh rather than that usual heavy chemical smell some companies leave behind. Really pleased with the overall service and would happily recommend Alliance Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Ltd to anyone looking for reliable, professional carpet cleaning. Thank you!!

Had alliance out to clean a landing and stair carpet which had seen better days. The difference after the clean is amazing, it looks like a completely different carpet. Found every interaction to be very professional and knowledgeable, will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
