Flawless Carpet - Upholstery & Floor Care Ltd

Flawless Carpet - Upholstery & Floor Care Ltd is part of Flawless Cleaning & Restoration Group. The company serves domestic and commercial customers, with clients including car dealerships, care homes, retailers, office buildings, and private premises. Its service area includes Nottingham, Newark, Mansfield, and Derby. The company is fully trained and insured up to £5 million.

Cleaning solutions are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for pets, children, and allergy sufferers. The company uses van-mounted cleaning equipment and offers a free on-site survey and quotation. Services comprise carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard floor cleaning, and commercial cleaning for offices, pubs, restaurants, and other businesses.

Nottingham households turn to this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning, with reviews also covering hard floors, Amtico flooring and the extraction of oil-based substances from living room carpets. Technicians named in feedback include Wayne, Dane, Ben, Tom and Mark, who are repeatedly described as friendly, professional and knowledgeable, taking time to explain treatments and methods. A recurring theme is the finished result: carpets and hard floors are said to come up looking and smelling fresh, with stains, soot and pet odours lifted and, in several cases, carpets saved from replacement.

Reviewers note specialist treatments and a truck-mounted machine, prompt arrivals and bookings rearranged at short notice without fuss. Pricing is described as fair for the outcome achieved, and the same crews handled an emergency spillage visit. New homeowners and pet owners feature among the domestic jobs recounted, alongside kitchen flooring and full-house deep cleans. The team is also praised for talking through the technical side of the work before starting. Freshness after cleaning is mentioned often, with one account noting the smell before the visible results.
