Carpets cleaned to an exceptional standard and you would not even know there was ever a smell in them before! So impressed. Thank you!
Fred came around on time, rang us to say he was 10 minutes away, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, approx. how long it would take and how long it would take to dry on this hot day, advised us on the settees and would check it up if it was possible to clean, took about an hour to do. Service was excellent. Definately reccomend.
Wow what a professional company!! We have used a previous carpet cleaning company who spent less than an hour and left our carpets no different. The attention to detail and products/technique used by Kingshall Flooring shows! Our carpets are 6 years old and have come back to their lovely blue colour - highly recommend! Fred was great!!
I recently had my carpets and upholstery cleaned and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team was highly professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of the work was brilliant – my carpets and furniture look fresh, clean, and revitalised. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a great result really stood out. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service that delivers outstanding results, this is the company to choose.
