DO NOT USE THEIS CLEANING COMPANY!!! One star because its does not allow zero stars. I had a regular cleaning with this company for 3-4 months and its the biggest regret because this was meant to make life easier for me. However I ended up stressed. They ask you pay £35 monthly for admit yet you have to call them multiple times when the cleaner does not attend. Their communication is awful and I’ll NEVER use this company again.

I contacted your company today to arrange the collection and delivery of a double bed from my mother’s house, which is only 1.5 miles away. I was initially quoted £241, which I explained was far too expensive for such a short distance. I was then quoted £193, which I also politely declined and ended the call. Shortly afterwards, the same member of staff called me back and asked what my budget was. When I said £120, she laughed and replied “good luck with that.” I found this extremely rude and completely unprofessional. There is a way to explain pricing without mocking a customer. Because of the way this was handled, I will not be using your company again and I will certainly not recommend it to anyone else. I hope you address the way customers are spoken to in future. This is absolutely your company. The woman was so rude and even called me back confirming your company name. I know others whom have also had poor experiences with your company. Please don’t insult me - I wouldn’t take the time to write a review to warn people about your company if I wasn’t sure!!!

Serviced our office in East London for multiple years. Had a few different cleaners and all were very effective and trustworthy. Always completed jobs satisfactorily and easy to arrange. Would recommend.
Although we've been using FKDomestics for years now, yesterday was the first time we used their upholstery cleaning service. Did a super job, the sofa and chairs look good as new. Highly recommended.
