We had a new cleaner called Lolita show up who was very good, though I had to explain and show Lolita what had to be done in the house. Overall, I much prefer one regular cleaner every two weeks who knows what to do.
Horrible experience. Please avoid. We booked a deep cleaning and it was really bad standard. When we asked for a reclean they did not offer us and gave us a credit refund of 15 pounds which was a joke. We sent pictures of areas with grease and cupboards that were not even opened to be cleaned and they found it normal. The deep oven clean that was booked separately was not good as well. There were areas left with grease. The company clearly does not know about basic hygiene. We had to rebook another deep clean with another company. Waste of money. We are trying now to sort it out legally.
My cleanerMelisha arrived on time, introducing her self, outlined duties to be completed, very respectful, and I could see was a well experienced worker, would rate her very high in her position. Thank you for sending me this excellent worker.
She has been a fantastic enthusiastic girl. I loved her cleaning. She was thorough. She had a very pleasing smile and made sure I was happy with her work before leaving. I would love to have her again.
Ana and Maria consistently do an excellent job. They are always punctual, their attention to detail is outstanding, and they take great pride in their work. The standard of their cleaning is consistently high, and it is always a pleasure to have them here. Highly recommended. I normally tidy up before they come, but I forgot they were coming today! 🤣
First visit cleaning was done satisfactory by Katlin. After the first visit all further bookings were cancelled by the company due to unavailability of staff. No attempt was made to replace the attempt I called several times and staff would rebook but no one would turn up. Also don’t buy the membership could only use once to discount a cleaning session. Was told afterwards the membership is spread across other services. When I tested this to book a plumber the customer service rep was very vague on the quote and also did not have availability so unfortunately I had to stop using this service.
Very pleased with my oven clean by Raj at Fantastic Services. He arrived in good time, was very polite & friendly and also careful & respectful of my home. He cleaned my oven beautifully & was so efficient and so tidy....when I clean the oven, I wreck the entire kitchen...I don't know how he did it! The complimentary oven liner & rack guard was a nice bonus too. Would definitely recommend this service 👌
