Homeowners, landlords and pet owners across Leeds call on Fabricmax for carpet, rug, sofa and upholstery cleaning, with much of the work prompted by carpets that have gone years without a proper deep clean or by households with dogs and cats. Reviewers repeatedly highlight Matt, who is often named for his knowledge of cleaning agents and his meticulous approach, along with the care taken to protect furniture while working. Customers describe stubborn dust, hair, traffic marks and pet odours being lifted from carpets and sofas, with several noting the fabric and upholstery looked and smelled refreshed afterwards.

Many mention quick responses to enquiries, clear explanations of what the process involves before starting, and honest management of expectations. Punctual arrival and thorough work come up often, as does the impression that the team takes genuine pride in the outcome. Repeat business is a feature of the feedback, with one customer returning after more than a decade. The business operates from Westvale Mews in the LS13 area of Leeds, with weekday appointments from 8am to 6pm and Saturday slots until 5pm, closing on Sundays.
