Domestic and commercial carpet cleaning forms the bulk of the work that Leeds customers describe, with reviewers repeatedly highlighting the removal of stubborn soiling such as food, tea and coffee stains, water marks and pet odours, including cat urine. A low moisture technique is mentioned by several accounts as leaving carpets barely damp shortly afterwards and causing no disruption to offices, staff or visitors. Adam is named in multiple reviews as friendly, professional and respectful of homes and furnishings, working quickly and tidily while concentrating on the areas that receive the most footfall.

Arriving at the agreed time is a point that comes up often, as is communication before and after the visit, with one machine breakdown resolved by rescheduling at short notice. The booking process is described as straightforward, and the wider team as helpful throughout. Customers report carpets left spotless, fresh-smelling and looking new, with texture restored, and deep cleans of whole houses and offices alongside upholstery feature in the feedback.
