Elephant Window Cleaning

Reliability and thoroughness recur throughout feedback on this Portsmouth window cleaning service, with customers consistently highlighting that appointments are kept, reminders are sent and the standard of work remains consistent over years. Several reviewers describe Grant and colleagues such as Krys and Romeo as friendly, polite and professional, noting that communication before and after each visit is straightforward and that scheduling can be adjusted to suit the frequency a household prefers. The work itself extends beyond panes to the full window frames, and reviewers mention gutters being cleared and conservatory roofs washed, including the removal of brick dust left behind by builders, with debris taken away afterwards.

Customers repeatedly describe the results as glistening or sparkling, even where glass had gone uncleaned for a considerable time. Value for money comes up often, with the pricing described as reasonable for the standard achieved, and first-time users report the same care as long-standing ones. One thing mentioned again and again is how approachable the team is, whether contact is made by message or in person, and how little trouble they take to accommodate additional requests. Regular monthly visits and one-off clearances alike are handled with the same attention to detail.
