JB Window Cleaning

Portsmouth residents have relied on JB Window Cleaning for years, and the feedback consistently reflects long-standing repeat business, with some households describing bookings maintained over two or more years. Jake and Mike are both mentioned by name, and their punctuality, politeness and professional manner come through repeatedly, as does the speed and care with which they work. Reviewers regularly remark on the finish, describing windows left spotless and cleaned to a high standard on each occasion.

Advance notice is a point that comes up often, with customers noting messages sent ahead of a scheduled visit so gates can be left open, and one account mentions that permission was sought before anyone stepped onto a flat roof, indicating respect for the property. Reliability runs through much of the commentary, paired with friendly and courteous conduct while on site. Good value is cited, and settling the bill by bank transfer is described as straightforward. A number of clients say they first came across the service through a neighbour's recommendation. Regular window cleaning for homes in the area remains the main work described, carried out with the same thoroughness year after year.
