Edwards Jeffery Carpet Cleaning

Edwards Jeffery Carpet Cleaning is an independently owned and run business based in Cardiff. It has been cleaning carpets, floors, sofas, and rugs for over 10 years. The company serves Cardiff, Bridgend, Swansea, and throughout South Wales, and also covers Bristol. It has worked for Laurence Llewellyn Bowen and the BBC, restoring rugs for the TV show Changing Rooms.

The company offers a 100% guarantee: if not happy, they will return and re-clean for free. It uses a Hydramaster Boxxer 423s truckmount machine. It provides free in-person quotations to residential and commercial customers and has full insurance. In 2015, it was awarded first place in the UK for carpet and upholstery cleaners in the UK Local and Loved Awards. Services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, flooring cleaning, and rug cleaning.

Cardiff customers of Edwards Jeffery Carpet Cleaning describe a consistently thorough approach to carpet and upholstery work, with Mark named repeatedly as the technician who handles most jobs. Reviewers mention that carpets previously thought beyond saving were restored to a fresh, like-new appearance, and that three-piece suites and stained stairs came up equally well. Punctuality and reliability are recurring themes, alongside clear communication before and after visits and quick replies to messages. Several accounts highlight honest advice about likely outcomes and sensible aftercare guidance, with one noting that allergy and pet considerations were factored into the treatment plan.

The drying equipment draws particular comment, as carpets were reported ready to walk on shortly after the work finished, and the absence of lingering chemical smells is praised in a household with sensitivities. Customers describe Mark as professional, polite and helpful, and the pricing is frequently called fair for the standard achieved. A difficult property layout was managed without fuss, and a client unable to be present found the arrangement straightforward. Leather and floor refinishing also appear among the services mentioned.
