First time I've used this company. Brilliant communicators from the first contact to arrrival at the house. Absolutely delighted with the results. Very professional and polite gentleman called Tom did the work and was amazing. I had 3 rugs cleaned and they now look brand new. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

We used DM carpet clean to clean our carpets following a tenant moving out. They were great. There were a couple of tough coffee / tea stains that have all but vanished following the clean. Carpet looks as good as new. Brilliant job. Very professional and competitive. Will definitely use again.
