Businesses that rely on Complete Clean Management Ltd for their premises in Leicester describe a service where the conduct of the staff and the calibre of the finished job are what stand out. Several customers speak of the team as friendly and helpful, and the willingness of management to step beyond what was strictly required is a point that comes up often, with more than one account noting the extra mile taken on their behalf. A further theme running through the comments is flexibility over scheduling, with reviewers mentioning that hours are arranged around the needs of a site and that management listens and adapts in an understanding manner.

The standard of the cleaning itself draws warm words, with excellent and brilliant among those used, and the wider workforce is praised with evident appreciation. Ease of dealing with the company from the first arrangement through to completion is raised as a consistent strength rather than an isolated gesture, and helpfulness is treated as the norm. Where the accounts converge most clearly is on the effort shown by management, which remains the detail mentioned most frequently across the feedback.
