We’ve used Oven Cleaning Solutions several times and had great results, but our most recent experience was very disappointing. After Ryan’s last visit, the oven was left with chemical residue and a strong odour when heated. Despite sending multiple messages, calls, and photos to Matthew, we've had no response. While we understand things can occasionally go wrong, the lack of follow-up is frustrating - especially when they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. We're now forced to re-clean the oven ourselves, which is unacceptable after paying for a professional service. As loyal customers, we’re disappointed by the drop in standards and lack of accountability.

Was booked to clean the oven on our customers boat, and after a conversation said he could also do a deep clean of the interior for us as well. Failed to turn up on the day he was booked in for and didn’t turn up till 10 the day after. Didn’t turn up with the cleaning kit to do an oven and after 30 min of cleaning told us he was going to get oven cleaning kit and never returned.

Really pleased with my end of tenancy oven clean ! Professional and friendly Services the oven was very dirty couldn’t see through the glass. Very good price for the work to get it clean! Will be using more often in new house thank you
