Steve, the technician associated with Oven Doctor, handles oven cleaning alongside extractor fan work, and reviewers regularly describe Neff and Bosch appliances emerging from the process looking new. Care around the kitchen is a recurring theme: the areas surrounding the appliance are covered before work begins so that no mess or damage results, and the method is talked through first. Scheduling is described as simple, with confirmation calls made before the appointment and arrival at the promised time.

Customers repeatedly characterise Steve as friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and the after-care guidance he provides is frequently singled out for praise. Stubborn, burnt-on areas receive particular attention, and the finish is described as thorough rather than rushed. The price is widely regarded as fair for the time invested, and several reviewers have returned for a second or third visit, often stating they would pass the service on to family and friends. Tidiness, reliability and the standard of the final result are the qualities most often mentioned, with the advice given afterwards cited as a reason to book again.
