End of tenancy and domestic projects recur in the feedback for this Cardiff operation, which handles carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as broader property work. Customers writing about their orders describe heavily soiled carpets, rugs, stairs and sofas, including stains from a spilled medicine bottle and dust left after building work, being restored to a condition likened to new, with thorough stain removal paired with a method that lets the carpet dry quickly. Kevin and Mair are named in most accounts, and several accounts note punctuality, courteousness and professional conduct.

Communication is a recurring theme, from prompt replies to email enquiries to same-day attendance after a phone call, and the tidiness of the finish is noted, with tiled floors, skirting boards, door frames and kitchen surfaces left clean. A five-bedroom end of tenancy clean is among the jobs recounted, covering carpets, oven and painted walls. Customers describe the pricing as clear and good value, and the team's friendly manner comes up throughout. Several mention having already passed the company's details to family and friends, or planning to return for further upholstery work.
