Cleaning Kings

Cleaning Kings is a cleaning company serving Leicester and the East Midlands, as well as Thanet, Kent, including Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs. Tim is the founder and leader, known as 'The Cleaning King', and personally trains each team member. The company serves both residential and commercial clients. Its commercial cleaning covers retail stores, gyms and medical facilities.

Services include home cleaning, office cleaning and commercial cleaning, with one-off cleaning, initial deep cleaning, weekly cleaning, fortnightly cleaning and daily housekeeping. Team members are fully trained and insured, undergo regular training, and use eco-friendly cleaning products. A customer satisfaction guarantee is offered. Cleaning Kings has worked with a client on residential cleaning jobs weekly for the last 3 years.

Thoroughness and dependability are the themes that surface again and again in feedback on this Leicester cleaning operation. A handful of customers describe Tim as the member of staff who carries out the work, and the praise attached to his name centres on a standard of finish that leaves houses spotless, with attention given to small details as well as every room and surface.

End of tenancy cleans, deep cleans of bathrooms and kitchens, oven cleaning and regular residential upkeep all feature among the jobs reviewed, and reviewers repeatedly note that urgent requests are accommodated quickly, sometimes on the same day. Communication before and after a visit is singled out, with messages answered promptly and arrangements confirmed without fuss. Customers also mention that quotes and rates compare well with what they expected, describing the service as affordable and good value rather than merely cheap.

Tidiness, a friendly and approachable manner, and the confidence to leave a cleaner working in the home are raised, and one long-standing commercial client speaks of three years of weekly residential work delivered without the need to look elsewhere. Advice on maintaining the standard after the visit is a further point that comes up. The consistent thread is a job finished to the standard promised, carried out by Tim.
